Blockchain and Decentralization

- Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data they submit. Once verified, this data becomes immutable and cannot be reversed.
Limitation of Liability
CipherSafe is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CipherSafe disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including, but not limited to:
- Loss of data

- System outages or delays.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CipherSafe, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms
CipherSafe reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Termination

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of CipherSafe must be filed in the courts located in Massachusetts, USA.
